Under the distance selling regulations act you have the right to cancel any item(s) purchased on this website for a refund. This does not apply to personalized items. To cancel, you can email or write to us within 7 days of delivery. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use the item(s). We will also refund goods returned to us if deemed to be a genuine manufacturers fault and with copy receipt.
